Golden hour light, oysters and bubbly, and a neighborhood that feels like home, Audrey and Corey’s Southie engagement session was one for the books.
Why Southie Was the Perfect Backdrop: Since moving to Boston a few years ago, Southie has become Audrey and Corey’s home. From local bars to coastal golden-hour views, this session was all about comfort, connection, and celebrating the everyday magic of their relationship.
A Cozy Start at PubliCo
We kicked things off at their favorite neighborhood bar, PubliCo, where they’re regulars so the staff immediately knew who they were (and even comped their drinks!). The team went above and beyond, rearranging furniture and helping us find the best light. Audrey and Corey cheered with oysters, champagne, and beer, laughing between photos like we were just out for a casual summer night.
Audrey wore the most beautiful white dress paired with blue ribbon heels, while Corey’s blue pants and checkered shirt gave the whole scene a relaxed but polished feel. One of the sweetest parts? Corey kept kneeling down to tie Audrey’s shoes. It was such a simple gesture, but so full of love. Every moment was easy, fun, and totally them.
Sunset at Castle Island
After the bar, we made our way to Castle Island just in time for that dreamy golden-hour glow. The light was soft, warm, and everything you want for a beachy summer evening in Boston.
For their second look, Audrey and Corey kept things casual and coastal. They both wore jeans and went barefoot in the sand, coordinating in a white button-down and a layered lace top.
A Fun, Relaxed Summer Vibe
From oysters to barefoot beach walks, this session was all about capturing the relaxed joy these two share. Their energy was playful and effortless, like watching best friends flirt with each other.

Audrey and Corey are planning a summer wedding at Ocean Edge Resort on Cape Cod, designed by the amazing Olivia Brent of Brent Events. The vibe will be hydrangeas, disco balls, and a bit of that same relaxed elegance they brought to their session.
