Elegant Boston Wedding at the Omni Parker House
November in Boston can be unpredictable, but Mia and Ryan were lucky, the weather was warm enough to enjoy the shade and still highlighted the gorgeous fall colors. Their wedding was a thoughtful mix of New England charm, modern elegance, and subtle touches of their Texas life together.
Getting Ready at the Boston Omni Parker House
Mia and Ryan began their day at the Boston Omni Parker House, which recently underwent a stunning renovation. The updated suites combined modern elegance with the hotel’s historic character, creating a gorgeous backdrop for wedding preparations.
The Omni Parker House, Boston’s oldest continuously operating hotel, has hosted generations of weddings and events, and it’s famously where the Boston Cream Pie was created!
First Look at Old City Hall
For their first look, Mia and Ryan chose Old City Hall, a downtown Boston landmark with classic architectural details that is conveniently, just across from the Omni Parker. The stone columns and historic façade created a timeless backdrop for an intimate moment between just the couple.
Family & Bridal Party Photos at Post Office Square
Post Office Square provided an beautiful setting for family and bridal party portraits. Mia and Ryan had a large bridal party, so Post Office Square was the perfect location to fit all of their favorite people.
Ceremony at Our Lady of Good Voyage
The couple’s ceremony took place at Our Lady of Good Voyage in the Seaport. The chapel’s wooden beams and natural light offered a warm, modern space for Mia and Ryan to exchange vows.
Cocktail Hour & Reception at the Omni Parker House
We returned to the Omni Parker House for cocktail hour and the reception. The newly renovated spaces provided a bright, elegant atmosphere that complemented the couple’s vision for a timeless reception.
Reception Highlights
While their Boston wedding reflected the city’s sophistication, Mia and Ryan also brought elements of their Texas life to the celebration. Cowboy hats and tambourines appeared on the dance floor! A guest performance during the reception was a standout moment, an incredible live song that had the entire room with their jaws on the floor.
